- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Whether the issue repeats after starting a new puzzle.
Screenshots can be useful for layout bugs, but remove personal information before sending them.

Do not send passwords, payment information, precise location, school details or other sensitive personal information. Adults supporting children should avoid asking a child to send personal details directly.
